We’re a group of agency vets who decided to strike out on our own over a decade ago. Some of us wanted more time with our kids and partners. Others felt that the agency model was getting stale. Too many layers. Too little time. Somehow we found ourselves here. A band of agency survivors who genuinely love what we do and love our clients. Together we have created an experience that creates great work and happy people.
MEET THE TEAM
Shoshanna Kelly – Owner, Executive Creative Director, Fearless Leader
Shoshanna is a creative powerhouse who has worked in the advertising field for over 15 years for big shops like VIA, Mullen, Digitas and Hill Holliday before going into business for herself. Today Shoshanna is the creative driver for her agency Kelly Creative as well as the owner. In the decade that she has run her business, she has found the perfect intersection of doing what she loves and helping others. She has proudly doubled the agency growth each year and refocused our mission to bring on clients we can feel really good about helping every day.
Louise Crocker – Director of Project Management, Spreadsheet Queen, Dog Mom
Lou has been working in advertising for over 10 years with experience in public relations, production and account/operations. Her superpower is the innate ability to run a tight ship…with a smile. As the Director of Project Management, she makes sure that all projects are completed on time and on budget while accomplishing the client’s goals. Outside of work, you’ll find Louise running after her 2.5-year-old son, Ollie, and black lab, Keeper.
H.T Nguyen– Creative Director, Art
HT is an experienced Creative Director and Art Director who has been working in the advertising industry since 2000. A graduate of the prestigious School of Visual Arts in New York, his unique design perspective is fresh and unexpected. He’s proudly created work for Stop & Shop, Subway and Reebok to name a few. While he likes to keep it quiet, he is a two-time spelling bee champ and more recently holds the title for best hair at Kelly Creative.
Emma Hill – Art Director
Emma Hill is a recent graduate of Boston University, where she honed her creative skills as a member of AdLab, the largest student-run agency, and served as the Creative Director for BU Buzz magazine. With a passion for design and storytelling, Emma is eager to make her mark in the advertising world. In her free time, she loves to unwind with her two cats, Milo and Stevie.
