what we did
We were selected to revamp messaging strategy for YW Boston’s services, refresh the branding, amend the existing brand guidelines and redesign the website from the ground up. We conducted two workshops with key stakeholders that included branding and messaging exercises. This led to a final brief that guided the rewriting of how all services within the organization are defined. We even influenced a major operational change in how the services were named and organized as a portfolio.
