what we did
Volunteer NH (VNH) does an incredible amount of good in the Granite State, but not many people knew exactly what they do—until we came in. Kelly Creative focused on clarifying their message to create better awareness and engagement in NH.
how we did it
Our team started with two onboarding discussions where we got to the core of the messaging problem. From there we lead a mission/vision workshop we got internal buy-in on the elevator pitch for Volunteer NH. The final step in the process was creating a playbook that would help staff and volunteers tell a streamlined and consistent message in all channels. A part of the playbook was templates for social and print assets.
